We come from the streets. Like, literally— in 2018, we hit the streets with our street food trailer, gaining a reputation for the best BAOs.
We’ ve undeniably made our mark as a powerhouse in the street food industry. In 2022,
we turned up the heat by launching our first
food hall stall and later expanded with a second one. Now, we have two active food hall locations in Riga, with a third and fourth opening this summer. That didn’t stop us; we also have two locations in Vilnius, Lithuania, and now We here, Welcome Tallinn !
Bao is of Asian origin, and is often called an Asian burger, despite having a distinct shape from the traditional burger.
Our Bao are carefully steamed and served in complementary bamboo steamers. Every element is made from scratch, by our skilled chefs!
We’ve been honored with several international awards, including the latest and most prestigious 2024 European Street Food Awards Champions, awarded by public choice in Germany. Additionally, we made history by winning the Latvian National Burger Competition. In Sweden, we were recognized as the Best European Sandwich of 2019. In 2023, we proudly represented Latvia in the Grand European Final in Germany, where we not only secured the Extra Mile Award but also claimed the prestigious third place for the Best Vegetarian Meal.
We’re proud to announce that our chef team will represent our street food concept at the World Chef Contest in China in june 2025, showcasing our standout creation: the Duck Confit Bao. A dish that blends technique, culture, and unforgettable flavor.
We aim to establish ourselves as high-quality food hall concepts, always accompanied by our signature fine street food dishes, all delivered with a smile and good vibe energy – every day!
