While the world is spinning through this mixed-up period we understand clearly what is lasting and real. We understand the power hidden inside us. The power that allows us to believe in something better and reach out for the new.
The power that will not diminish by sharing nor make us weaker, but allows us to grow bigger in spirit, thereby shaking the whole world. A new and beautiful, hopeful and better, permanent and real world. Through the power of our spirit.
To replenish our soul and to wait for Christmas pleasantly we have filled the building of Viru Keskus and its surroundings with jolly new traders.
A pretty Christmas forest is waiting for visitors on the terrace of Viru Keskus facing the Tammsaare park. There you can find delicious Christmas food and drinks for the whole month thanks to some street-food providers who have settled there and tempt us with their irresistible Christmas flavours. To make it easier for tasty gift seekers Juustukuningad has set up a gift counter loaded with gift baskets and cheese delicacies to be savoured right there and then. Christmas-themed street-food is provided by ÖKU, FoodieHouse and StreetKitchenTeam, offering both classic burgers, mulled wine perfect for Christmas and pumpkin-herb lattes.
Our visitors can find several packaging counters in our house to get all gifts nicely packaged without a care. K-Cordisk packaging counter is set up in its usual spot next to the information desk on the first floor and Rikets packaging counter has come to visit us for the Christmas period, where you can find a beautiful Christmas wreath or floral table decoration to take home with you, in addition to packaging services and supplies. Top level gift wrapping is looking forward to visitors at the Rahva Raamat packaging counter with fitting wrappings and gifts for the most discerning gift seeker. Gift wrapping is free at the packaging counter of Rahva Raamat if the gift is bought from the bookstore and its value exceeds €29.99.
In addition to the usual fashion shops and restaurants in Viru Keskus during the Christmas month our atrium is packed full of exciting pop-up shops with gifts for the body and soul. First there is of course Kaubamaja Christmas fair where you can easily pick Christmas gifts for children, adults and for your home. The gingerbread world of Reval Cafe is a favourite spot for all those young at heart and for sweet tooths. You can also have the names of your nearest and dearest written on a gingerbread. Gourmet favourite Lakrids by Bülow with its melt-in-your-mouth liquorice is a pleasure you cannot possibly pass by. We are happy to offer our visitors something quite special as well, welcoming them to Lahhentagga alcohol-free cocktail bar, where you can enjoy genuine alcohol-free gin from Saaremaa with tonic made from spruce needles. In front of Kaubamaja Food World you can find a gift counter by Juustukuningad.
The heart-warming high quality blankets and shawls by ALPAKA are waiting for visitors and the Christmas collection of Happy Socks is something that any happy person would find impossible to pass by.
And to avoid any rush we will give our visitors the gift of time – for the whole Christmas month an hour of parking is free in Viru Keskus with a purchase receipt of the same day. Take your time and do your Christmas gift shopping in a leisurely mood.
We are looking forward to welcoming you to Viru Keskus. To have the holidays pass smoothly and to leave more room in our soul for the important things.
