We are the only cafe in the world that specializes solely in making the Pavlova cake. We have more then 20 different variations of this dessert, but they all made right in front of you in cafe as classical Pavlova should be: merengue base is soft soufflé-like inside with a crispy crust outside, whipped cream without sugar on top and fresh fruits-berries combinations (depends on the season). Ready cake waits no longer then 10-15 minutes before its served.
