Brooks Brothers offers the best shopping environment in Viru Keskus

The best service points, shops and service persons in the centre, based on last year’s results, were once again announced at the annual gala event of Viru Keskus yesterday, on January 25. Reval Gelato was announced the best service point, the title of the best shopping environment went for the second consecutive year to Brooks Brothers, and Veronica Kaasik from Marella won the title of the 2017 best service person in Viru Keskus.

“We do regular test purchases, audit the shopping environments and provide service level training and testing. The agenda is intense, but necessary to determine the current level and to improve the service level,” commented the marketing and communication director of Viru Keskus Taivi Koitla. We have been determining and awarding the best service points and shopping environments for over than 10 years, and the competition for the title of the best service person in Viru Keskus was organised for the fifth time,” Koitla added.

The best service point in Viru Keskus is determined by level tests, testing both the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of service people. Target customers and shopping environment specialists rate the shopping environments. The ten service persons who reached the finals at the competition of the best service person will start their trials at the Christmas fair in the atrium of Viru Keskus under the watchful eye of the jury. There the finalists will show their service and sales skills out of their comfort zone by selling the products of their competitors and responding to the requests of shoppers.

“We are grateful to the service people in Viru Keskus for their daily contributions and for taking part in competitions. The ten service persons who reached the finals at the competition of the best service person deserve special attention,” noted Taivi Koitla, pointing out that reaching the top 10 is an impressive result in a centre with nearly 800 service persons.
